Ethiopia lands third with Addis Ababa, while Rwanda is fourth with Kigali. Mauritius holds fifth place via Plaine Magnien. Egypt ranks sixth with Cairo, and Madagascar is seventh with Antananarivo. Kenya comes in eighth with Nairobi, Tanzania is ninth with Dar es Salaam, and Nigeria rounds out the list at tenth with Lagos.
