@jolyonThe House Foreign Affairs Committee moved the RUSSIA SANCTIONS bill forward after a procedural vote landed at 214 in favor and 211 against. Two House Democrats joined Republicans to make that happen, while one independent member also cast a vote supporting the measure. The proposed legislation authorizes the President to levy tariffs on nations purchasing Russian energy. The bill has already received approval from the Senate. Final House approval is required before the President can sign the legislation into law. A little bipartisan love can go a long way. #Russia
