An infographic ranking the 50 greatest military units in history has been making the rounds. The list includes the Roman Legions at number one, followed by the Ottoman Janissaries, Mongol Cavalry, Spanish Tercios, Samurai, US Navy SEALs, Spartan Hoplites, British SAS, Mongol Horse Archers, Praetorian Guard, and the Varangian Guard.
