The US Attorney for DC says contractors from the Interior Department, not vandals, caused the damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Jeanine Pirro ran with that, blaming the contractors. Trump isn’t having it, he says it’s a clear case of VANDALISM and that VANDALS did the major damage, even if a contractor had some trouble
