Imagine showing up to help a family in the Luilu area on RN39, right near the spot locals call LIBYA, only to find armed men identified as VIONGOZI already tearing everything apart. These guys, allegedly backed by bandits from KASAÏEN linked to the UDPS party, didn't just break in with machetes and firearms; they hurt a child badly and looted the house before moving on to throw stones at people mourning at a nearby wake. What makes this even more infuriating is that the police called for backup under a KASAÏEN officer who demanded 100,000 CONGOLSE FRANCS for fuel before settling for half that amount.
