Seven steps total, and you only do one of them. What happens under the hood feels like a whole editing team. It pulls the video plus subtitles, goes through the transcript to extract the script, then figures out where each topic begins and ends. Every segment gets scored from 1 to 10, and only the high-value ones survive the cut. From there it writes a title for each clip and bundles related ones into packs. A two-hour podcast comes out the other side as fifteen vertical clips. TikTok, Shorts, Reels, and X all pay for views, so that math is not hard. The machine you run it on is your own. YouTube, Bilibili, or a local file all work. One command, docker-compose up -d, and it's live. There's a web interface too, with progress updates as it goes. 6,300 stars, 1,200 forks, MIT license.
