Megan Fox Transformers recasting

The recasting is what people remember, but the actual break happened before any of that. Megan Fox played Mikaela Banes across the first two Transformers movies, and she was one of the recognizable faces of that franchise. When Transformers: Dark of the Moon came around in 2011, she wasn't part of it. Behind that: a public dispute with director Michael Bay. Fox had criticized how he directed, and Bay later connected her exit to the situation around those comments. Rosie Huntington Whiteley was cast as the new female lead. Then the part that always gets me: they worked together again on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2014 🍿 #MeganFox
