Reon Arao Mikasa volleyball moment

Reon Arao, a Japanese Volleyball player, just followed Rui Takahashi's lead and publicly shared their own identity. It is genuinely inspiring to see that kind of courage ripple through the sport. Arao made it clear they do not limit themselves regarding gender identity or attraction, simply stating "I am myself." When asked where they fit on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, they noted that if categorized, their sexuality feels similar to "Q (Questioning)." Their direct quote really lands: "When it comes to my own gender identity and the gender of the people I'm attracted to, I try not to limit myself too much." This openness about being fluid rather than boxed in is what makes this update so meaningful.
