Ivanna Lisette Ortiz has been declared mentally fit to proceed with legal proceedings. She is accused of shooting at the Los Angeles residence belonging to Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. Regarding attempted murder charges, Ortiz entered a not guilty plea. She also faces over a dozen additional felony charges.
