Cornell handed down disciplinary outcomes for seven men tied to a 2024 gang rape incident, one year after the event occurred. Ingalls and Newell got expelled. Lee faces a two-year suspension plus several semesters of disciplinary probation. Lopes was suspended for three years with two years of probation attached. Sarabia, already graduated, is banned from campus entirely. Norris and Kretzschmar received no punishment but were ordered not to contact Jane Doe; they wrote reflection papers and were allowed to graduate.
