Hezbollah got a reported $200 MILLION from Iran last month, and the plan for it is aid to Lebanese families uprooted by the fighting with Israel. The catch: getting that much physical cash where it needed to go was risky enough that intermediaries reportedly took a 20% cut just for handling the move.
