Trump administration $70,000 foreign student fee

Optional practical training is the target here. Under a proposal being weighed by the Trump administration, colleges and universities would owe $70,000 for each international student who takes part in that kind of degree-related work experience. The fee itself is $70,000, and it lands on the schools rather than the students. Still just a proposal at this stage.
