    Chad Gable on Undertaker in AAA

    The Undertaker was the one who finally got through to Chad Gable in AAA, and it came during a ringside brawl with El Grande. Before that, Gable spent a long stretch feeling like he wasn't handing Undertaker whatever it was he wanted, and it ate at him deep down. What came out of that frustration was a real look at himself. Gable says his whole life has been about pleasing coaches, going back to high school and Greco-Roman days, always wanting them happy with what he did in the ring. That instinct got bred into him through amateur wrestling, and he admits it doesn't always do him any favors, but it's just part of who he is. With Undertaker in AAA, that same pattern kicked in hard. He made it his mission to prove he could deliver what Undertaker was after. Then came the night of that first brawl, the ringside one with the other El Grande, where Undertaker convinced him to let it go and just show who he really is. Gable says the whole AAA stretch gave him a lot of self-knowledge, a realization about who he's trying to please and why
