Corneille Nangaa on Burundi border ban

Burundi has prohibited entry for people arriving from North Kivu and South Kivu areas under AFC-M23 control. Corneille Nangaa, the AFC-M23 coordinator, stated that Burundian President Evariste Ndayishimiye should not implement this ban. Nangaa cited Ndayishimiye's role as the current African Union president in his objection. The measure targets populations specifically from regions controlled by the AFC-M23 group.
