Lonzo Ball dropped a heavy opinion on the ballinthefampod claiming Jaylen Brown belongs in Boston's top five players of all time and deserves a retired jersey. He listed Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Rondo, Bill Russell, and Larry Bird as the only wings better than him, noting that Tatum is slightly behind in game performance. Lonzo argued that since KG and Paul Pierce got rings honored despite winning just one title, Jaylen Brown and Jason Taylor deserve similar treatment. He even went so far as to say Brown would lowkey fry Larry Bird in a matchup because he has a higher probability of guarding the legend than vice versa.
