So there's this claim going around that Felix Tshisekedi has basically turned the DRC into an open-air hell, and the people doing the dirty work are the Force du Progrès party, the UDPS wing. They're accused of running urban crime in KINSHASA, showing up at supermarkets and demanding a mandatory payment, an illegal tax the president allegedly authorized on every shop in the city. If you don't pay up, they ransack the place and then systematically loot everything left. That's the accusation, and it paints a wild picture of what's happening on the ground.
