The DEC is a state funded organization, so that rush to wave it off tracks. What kicked this off: Anthony Constantino, the NY-21 candidate Trump endorsed, asked Kathy Hochul to clean up New York land. Blake Gendebien, a New York Democrat candidate, is accused of illegally polluting land. Hochul will most likely lean on the police to let it go. Back the police, don't let Democrats bury another mess with their power.
