Paddy Pimblett stands as the 31st most famous person in MMA & Boxing, a ranking that holds steady from the previous cycle according to the iFANN Global Fame Rankings. This status reflects a cultural shift where he is no longer just a fighter but a global phenomenon known as "The Baddy." His fanbase, officially self-identified as the "Baddies" or "The Baddy Army," operates with the intensity of a digital militia. They are not passive observers; they drive viral trends, create food vlogs, and flood social media with calls for specific matchups immediately after fights. The community's influence was undeniable during his victory over Benoit Saint-Denis at UFC 329. That 52-second submission via the "Peruvian D'ArceConda" transformed him into what Joe Rogan called the "most fun" fighter in the UFC. Fans treat this moment as sacred mythology, retelling the story of his weight-cutting resilience and his decision to turn down UFC offers twice before accepting a pay cut to join the promotion. While other fighters are measured by their stats, Pimblett's legacy is built on these rituals, including his walkouts which rival Conor McGregor's in scale. The "Baddies" ensure his name trends globally, turning every fight into a cultural event that transcends the octagon.[編集]

Known affectionately as "The Baddy," Pimblett fully embraces his divisive reputation among MMA fans. He has never changed his original gym or coach since beginning his training journey. Significant between-fight weight fluctuations remain a hallmark of his career, while his distinctive haircut has evolved into an instantly recognizable brand element. A staunch socialist and opponent of the Conservative Party, he supports the Liverpool-wide boycott of The Sun newspaper and champions Liverpool Football Club, often expressing a desire to fight at Anfield. Beyond the cage, folklore surrounds his legendary endurance; reports from August 2026 note that other fighters underwent weight cuts described as "Paddy Pimblett-like," shedding massive amounts of water in record time. The most dominant legend centers on his win against Benoit Saint-Denis at UFC 329. In just 52 seconds, he secured a submission using his signature "Peruvian D'ArceConda," a feat so explosive it became a viral sensation and cemented his superstar status. Fans still recount how the crowd's energy during that bout contributed to his title as the sport's most entertaining competitor.[編集]
