Within this large community, V has cultivated a distinct sub-culture often called 'V-ARMY,' characterized by intense organizational skills and deep devotion. Fans regularly mobilize for annual celebrations on December 30, flooding social media with #HappyBirthdayV and coordinating thousands of digital and physical campaigns globally. A core ritual involves V's nickname for his fans, 'Bunny' or *Toji*, which originated from a live broadcast where he compared their ears to rabbit ears; fans now frequently replicate this gesture by holding their hands to their heads. This unique bond was further highlighted in May 2026 when V praised Stanford's pizza in California, triggering an immediate surge in traffic to the establishment known as the 'Stanford Pizza' incident. In May 2026, he wore a vintage Bruce Springsteen 'Born in the USA' t-shirt during a performance, sparking viral discussions about his eclectic fashion sense. Recent health disclosures in August 2026 revealed he had lost 70% of his hearing in his right ear after struggling for two and a half years, transforming him into a symbol of resilience. Fans also celebrate his gaming prowess, noting his achievement of reaching 'Master' rank in *League of Legends* in August 2026, proving his strategic mind beyond music.[編集]
